Enjoy a pleasant holiday with the whole family in the very center of Perm! The choice of a Standard room with a double bed is an excellent option for comfortable accommodation of a family with children. Quiet and spacious studio room with a total area of 15 m2 with a double bed 160 × 200 cm and air conditioning. If necessary, you can install an additional place – a euro pad. A baby cot is provided for the youngest guests, a high chair and a bottle heater are provided on request, and a pleasant surprise is prepared – a children's compliment! The windows of the room overlook a quiet courtyard, which will protect you from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: telephone, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, work area. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, a hairdryer, a set of towels and a set of toiletries: soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, dental kit. A children's toiletry kit is also provided for the youngest guests. For a comfortable stay, guests are provided with: slippers, a sewing kit, a tea pair, black and green tea, sugar and bottled water.

TERMS OF THE SPECIAL OFFER:

• Family accommodation in a Standard room with a double bed at a special price. The price is fixed regardless of the number of guests staying in the room, but no more than three people.
• Provision of an extra bed – a euro-cot or a baby cot for children up to 3 years old, but no more than one extra bed in the room.
• Provision of children's toiletries: soap, gel, shampoo, shower cap, bath foam - for children under 12 years old.
• Providing a Child's compliment – for children under 12 years old.

WE ASK YOU TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL:

• Check-in at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) provide the consent of legal representatives (one of them) notarized or drawn up in simple in writing, as well as birth certificates of these minors – according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" (ed. from 01.04.2021).
• Check–in at the hotel of citizens is carried out strictly according to the original documents - an internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a birth certificate (for citizens under the age of 14).
• The settlement of citizens of the Russian Federation with a foreign passport is possible only if this citizen is a resident of another state and can document this fact.
